Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Leading and driving projects with end-to-end responsibility for time, cost, and scope
• Developing project plans covering objectives, strategy, resources, schedule, and risk management
• Monitoring project progress and reporting milestones, deliverables, and deviations
• Managing changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Escalating issues and decisions to management when required
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the project team in day-to-day activities
• Collaborating closely with program management and adjacent projects to ensure alignment
• Ensuring project deliverables support the expected business benefits

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in similar leadership roles
• Experience working in technical projects within industrial systems environments
• Solid technical understanding relevant to industrial and engineering projects
• Experience with GT packages, preferably with a focus on electrical systems (meriting)
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and control systems (meriting)
• Experience working in agile project environments and change-oriented organizations
• Willingness and ability to work primarily on-site with the client
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
